It is our pleasure to mention the Carl Zeiss Microscopy Company as a user example for GATTAquant nanorulers. GATTA-SIM nanorulers were measured on the Imaging system ELYRA for high resolution 3D microscopy to proof the system’s resolution performance. The result shows that the 120 nm sample in the blue spectral range and the 160 nm sample in all colors supported by GATTAquant (blue, yellow and red) were easily resolvable.

ZEISS introduced recently with their new Elyra 7 microscope with dual-iterative SIM or SIM². This approach made it possible to increase the resolution and sectioning quality of structured illumination microscopy data down to 60 nm. They demonstrate the capability performance on GATTA-SIM nanorulers in the range between 90 nm and 60 nm labeled with Alexa Fluor 488. From now on these nanorulers are available as standard products in our GATTA-SIM range for all users.
